Prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars and are valid and effective only in Australia. Emma Street Studio reserves the right to update the prices of the products without any notice. Contact us if you would like to customise the size, colour, and embellishments on the artworks that you are considering purchasing.

For purchases outside of Australia, please contact us via international purchase form so that we can quote accurate pricing as we need to consider shipping costs, taxes and customs duties which vary between countries. Some countries require you to obtain importer’s code which Emma Street Studio cannot assist with.

Emma Street Studio may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. Sale prices on the website are online-only specials.

All our artworks are proudly Australian made, please understand there may be instances where a certain material is out of stock and supply is delayed, we will reach out to you. Many of our original artworks are offered in limited quantities and because of their limited availability, stock cannot always be refreshed. We can however, commission artworks based off the originals with similar composition. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular work, please contact us.

We have made every endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colours of our artworks on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be accurate. The images are best viewed on colour accurate screen such as IPS. Please contact our team with any further queries concerning colours within particular artworks.

It is our ongoing effort to present the most recent, up to date, and most reliable information on our website at all times.

However, there may be instances where some of the information featured on emmastreetstudio.com.au may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional, and we apologize if inaccurate information is reflected in artwork price, availability, or in any way affects your individual order. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In any of the above cases, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order, we will notify our customer in such cases in efforts to reach a resolution. In case of cancellation, if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, Emma Street Studio shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Given the unpredictable nature of technology and online environment, we cannot guarantee that the access to all the pages, products, and services will be uninterrupted and error-free. Although it will be our priority to ensure these are available to our customers and will take corrective action in case of technical difficulties.
